Pope calls for cessation of Ukraine War

Pope Francis, at his Angelus address in St Peter’s Square on Sunday, October 2, 2022 called for all measures to be taken to stop the war and to engage diplomacy before any further harm is done in the region and beyond. He called for President Putin and Ukraine’s president to find new ways to address the differences.
